Job Summary

The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing all human resources and administrative functions for corporate offices and solar project sites. The role ensures effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, site administration, welfare, and general administrative support to enable successful execution of solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project-site positions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and final settlements with the payroll team.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Administration

  • Oversee administration of corporate offices and project sites.
  • Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate vendor management and facility service contracts.
  • Administer office assets, stationery, and utility services.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization of project-site resources.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, guest houses, and site offices.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.

Compliance

  • Coordinate statutory inspections and maintain required registers and records.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.

Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Department Heads, Finance, Procurement, and Site Teams to meet manpower and administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, contractors, government authorities, and external service providers.
