Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Management professional with 10–12 years of industry experience to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in vendor management, labour mobilization, procurement, logistics coordination, and supply chain planning. A well-established database of service vendors and proven experience in labour mobilization are essential for this role.
Key Roles & Reponsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, logistics, inventory management, and material availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Utilize an extensive vendor database to support project requirements and operational needs.
- Lead labour mobilization activities by identifying, onboarding, and coordinating manpower through reliable service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports, vendor performance analyses, and supply chain dashboards for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Procurement are an added advantage.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated experience in labour mobilization through service vendors.
- Strong network and database of labour contractors and service vendors across relevant industries.
- Proven expertise in procurement, vendor development, logistics, and inventory management.
