Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant at Ankireddipalli. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant electrical maintenance and operations. The role requires strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in handling plant electrical systems, and the ability to supervise and guide junior technicians and electricians.
Key Roles & Responsisbilties:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, panels, drives, control circuits, and utility systems.
- Monitor and maintain LT panels, MCC panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery by minimizing electrical downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians and technicians.
- Plan daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks to the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for efficient plant operations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
- 2–3 years of mandatory experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with:
- Motors and Motor Control Centers (MCC)
- Electrical Panels and Control Panels
- VFDs, Soft Starters, and PLC-based systems
- Transformers and DG Sets
- Power Distribution Systems
- Electrical Safety Practices
Key Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in handling and supervising junior team members.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdown situations.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution.
