Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant at Ankireddipalli. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant electrical maintenance and operations. The role requires strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in handling plant electrical systems, and the ability to supervise and guide junior technicians and electricians.

Key Roles & Responsisbilties:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, panels, drives, control circuits, and utility systems.
  • Monitor and maintain LT panels, MCC panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
  • Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery by minimizing electrical downtime.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians and technicians.
  • Plan daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant procedures.
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams for efficient plant operations.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
  • 2–3 years of mandatory experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with:
  • Motors and Motor Control Centers (MCC)
  • Electrical Panels and Control Panels
  • VFDs, Soft Starters, and PLC-based systems
  • Transformers and DG Sets
  • Power Distribution Systems
  • Electrical Safety Practices
Key Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience in handling and supervising junior team members.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdown situations.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution.
