Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer (EEE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a recent B.Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a strong understanding of core electrical engineering concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilites:
- Assist in electrical system design, testing, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Support senior engineers in project execution and troubleshooting.
- Analyze electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution systems.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project records.
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during all engineering tasks.
- Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Recent graduate (2024–2026 pass-out or equivalent).
- Good academic record with strong knowledge of:
- Electrical Machines
- Power Systems
- Control Systems
- Power Electronics
- Electrical Measurements & Instrumentation
- Basic Electronics
- Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
