Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in an AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks Plant. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and factory operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Key Roles & Responsibilites:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, drives, MCCs, transformers, and other plant equipment.
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems within the factory.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for efficient plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical equipment.
- Monitor power consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Support automation and control systems used in the AAC blocks manufacturing process.
Qualification & Expereince:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
- Experience in AAC Blocks Plant operations will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical maintenance, industrial wiring, motors, VFDs, PLCs, MCC panels, and transformers.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industrial electrical standards.
