Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing unit at Ankireddipalli. The candidate should have strong electrical knowledge, hands-on experience in factory maintenance, troubleshooting, and handling electrical equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilites:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in production machines to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and monitor electrical panels, motors, transformers, VFDs, and PLC systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of all plant electrical systems and utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and identify potential issues.
- Handle installation, wiring, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, power consumption, and equipment performance.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted factory operations.
- Support energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in spare parts planning and inventory management for electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and circuit diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety guidelines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
