Position: Telecom Site Survey Engineer
Location: Maharastra, Madyapradesh, Uttarpradesh & Chattisghad (Project-based site visits across North India)
Qualification: ITI/Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil.
Experience: 0- 4 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tower Load Validation (TLV) to assess existing tower capacity and structural safety.
- Perform Antenna Loading Surveys (ALS) to collect accurate antenna, MW, and accessory data from telecom sites.
- Carry out Joint Site Visits (JSV) with customers, operators, and internal engineering teams for technical validation and coordination.
- Execute Tower Audits, including physical condition assessment, member inspection, and compliance verification.
- Prepare existing building survey layouts for rooftop and ground-based telecom installations.
- Conduct Pole Load Surveys for pole-mounted telecom equipment.
- Collect accurate site measurements, photographs, and field data required for structural analysis and design.
- Verify existing structural members, foundations, and mounting details as per site conditions.
- Identify structural deficiencies, deviations, and risks and report observations clearly.
- Prepare and submit detailed site survey reports with drawings, checklists, and photographs.
- Coordinate with design, structural, and project teams for clarification and technical support.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards during site execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of deliverables.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of telecom tower components and mounting systems.
- Practical understanding of tower structures, rooftop sites, poles, and foundations.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and layouts.
- Proficiency in site measurement tools and documentation methods.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on live telecom sites.
