Position: OMCR (Operations Monitoring & Control Room)
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Qualification: ITI (Electrical) / Diploma / B.Tech
Location: Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor domain parameters including Infrastructure, Fiber, and Energy systems.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and publish reports at regular intervals.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of operational data.
- Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and performance tracking.
- Maintain records and documentation related to monitoring activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of telecom/infra monitoring systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
