We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Officer (PMO) with strong experience in solar EPC projects to support the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of utility-scale and/or rooftop solar installations. The PMO will be responsible for establishing project governance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement standardized project management processes and documentation across EPC projects.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks including templates, workflows, and reporting formats.
  • Conduct project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Support project managers with planning, resource allocation, cost tracking, and risk identification.
  • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track project progress, cost performance (CAPEX), and milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and senior management.
  • Maintain detailed records for project documentation, change orders, and status updates.
  • Identify risks early and support mitigation strategies across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Track project issues, delays, or scope changes and work with project leads to resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned exercises.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements across the EPC project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of project management tools and internal knowledge bases.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Advanced Excel and project tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, SCADA systems, and basic electrical drawings is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across regions.
  • Knowledge of permitting, grid connection, and local construction codes
