Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and manage telecommunications technicians and contractors.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance to minimize downtime and ensure 24x7 operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network, site, or equipment issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance, equipment inventory, and project progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 5+ years in the telecom industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network infrastructure, field execution, and power systems (DG, AC, PIU).
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and, proficiency in, MS Office/Excel.
  • Education: Diploma/B.Tech in EEE/ECE
