Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning the ropes of management in various departments and working alongside experienced professionals in specific fields. You will be mentored and involved in multiple aspects of day-to-day operations and strategy implementation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting in Strategy & Operations:
- Support the senior management team in strategic decision-making.
- Help streamline and improve operational processes across different departments.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data to derive insights that inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments like HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc., to gain exposure and provide valuable support.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to team discussions.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops for personal and professional development.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge about the industry and company operations.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/BBA with CGPA/GPA of 60% and above.
- B. Tech /BE in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and communications degree with CGPA/GPA of 60% and above.
- Passion for learning, leadership, and problem-solving
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated with a strong analytical mindset
